Lauren Henkel, a New York University Athletics Hall of Famer and long-time employee of the department, passed away on Saturday, July 29.

The New York University men's and women's track & field teams were named All-Academic Teams by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) on Thursday, July 27.

Nearly half of NYU's varsity student-athletes received Intercollegiate Athletic Advisory Committee (IAAC) Honor Roll distinction during the academic year, ranking the achievement as #9 on the #NYUAthleticsTop10 countdown for the 2016-17 campaign.
